Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• Be in the original packaging

• Have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email sales@monarchmens.co.za with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
